PlaySequence ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and avatar index
- Gameplay data: game history, win/loss statistics, and coin balances
- Purchase data: transaction IDs and hashed purchase receipts
- Ad data: impression, reward verification, and provider callback data needed to display ads and grant rewarded coins
- Device and app identifiers: push notification tokens, device or app installation identifiers, advertising identifiers, and related platform identifiers used for notifications, ads, analytics, fraud prevention, and service reliability
- Analytics: usage events, diagnostics, session replay telemetry, and performance data via PostHog
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to operate the game, process purchases, show leaderboards, enable friend features, send push notifications, show and measure ads, detect abuse, maintain reliability, and improve the product.
3. Data Sharing
PlaySequence does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers such as Supabase, Expo/Firebase push notification services, Apple, Google Play, Stripe, Google ads services, and PostHog as needed to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the service.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. For other privacy requests, contact contact@praxisinnovations.ca.
6. Children
PlaySequence is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
